Obsessed with Studs

I know this trend has been around for a few seasons, but I really like way its been used recently. I thought about it after watching brit's vid and realized that everything I liked recently has been studded.




As you can see, I learned how to cut out images and put cool text in untraditional positions... looks like blogging truly has taken over my life. Anyways, i also noticed while browsing for ridiculously priced studded gear, that weaving is also a trend, à la Bottega Venetta weaved purses. I personally hate it and think it looks like its channelling grandma-wear, or lawn furniture. But who am I to judge if you show up in a basket weaved dress?

I want these. When I first saw them, I immediately assumed they would be never-gonna-happen out of my price range, like $700, but they're at a mere $199.95, which still happens to be out of my price range but.......come on. They totally look worth it.
