That's LITERALLY the title of a piece on teenvogue.com. There is also a feature on "pastel hair" on another fashion blog. WTF? There have been a variety of moments this season while I have browsed fashion blogs/websites/magazines and I think, ARE YOU SURRIOUS? CLOGS ARE FREAKIN FUGLY.
